Really good shading. The right shoulder (viewer's left) looks a little awkward, though.

Nice! I really like the wings beeing more angellic than batlike... Seeing how satan is a fallen angel after all. Another detail that many artists seem to get wrong is the direction of the pentacle(more commonly known as the pentagram, even though that definition is wrong...) but here the pentacles clearly points downwards(signifying black magic). However the flaming halo is kind of distracting as it seems to dominate the drawing...
